Long fit vegan puffer made from recycled materials, warm polyester filling from recycled plastic bottles found at sea, and renewed shell and inner nylon lining. Color sand.
Shell: Recycled nylon.
Padding and Lining: Recycled polyester.
Betting on recycled fabric is the best option to continue using them. The recycling process is straightforward and is carried out from old nylon that is crushed, melted, and stretched until the thread is obtained, keeping the quality and properties of the original materials.
Some designs require polyester in their composition, so we prefer to apply and reuse polyester from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. The manufacturing of pieces from recycled polyester is an effective method to reduce the significant environmental footprint of plastic while providing beneficial and effective fabrics. We believe it can be a positive closed-loop production system as everything can be continuously recycled with no quality degradation, ensuring durability and minimizing waste.
Following our standards in reducing the use of plastic, we have started using YKK’s Natulon zippers made from recycled plastic from plastic bottles.
We introduced new vegan accessories in response to our growing communities request and our ongoing project towards learning new industry standards and improving our manufacturing.

We suggest you lay your puffer unfolded for 24 hours before its first use for it to remodel itself into its ideal shape and volume.
Only wash when necessary:
Wash gently at max.30ºC / Do not bleach. / Do not iron. / Do not dry clean / Tumble dry with low heat.
For best results, we suggest you take your puffer to the dry cleaners once a year.
Stained areas can be treated with spray-on stain products or washing machine soap before putting inside a washing machine.
Your puffer will dry perfectly by airing it in a dry space between 2-7 days. We advise laying it down on a towel avoiding direct sunlight. Turn your puffer around once one side is dry.
Make sure your puffer is completely dry before storing it in a closed space as the filling can retain moisture.
Nylon tape can mend small rips and tears. You can find these tapes online or at mountain gear shops.
Taking care of your pieces will help them last and keep them looking good :)
