No shipping or physical address is required. The gift card is delivered by email and includes the code needed to redeem it at checkout.

If you wish to send it directly as a gift, select 'Send this as a gift' to add the recipient's email, name, and a personal message, and to schedule the delivery for a specific date.

If you prefer to purchase a virtual paloma wool gift card for yourself, it will be sent to your email address, and you may forward it to the recipient at any time.

You can also find physical gift cards at our stores in Paris, New York, Los Angeles,London and Barcelona.

Please note that online gift cards can also be used for purchases in our stores, but the process is different from online checkout. Our store team cannot apply the gift card directly at checkout. The purchase must first be paid in full, and the corresponding gift card amount will be refunded within 24–48 hours.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
